A small firm, with one person accountable.

AIdaea LLC, operating as AIdaea Integrations, finds the step in a business's process that drags, then builds one AI agent for it, connected to the ERP, CRM and other systems the business already runs.

Founder

I'm Robert Dopart, founder of AIdaea. After a degree in chemistry, I started as an R&D formulator at a contract manufacturer, where I got familiar with Six Sigma and worked alongside operations on scale-up projects.

Then I moved into chemical sales, which showed me far more of the industry: plants in very different markets, nearly all of them running on spreadsheets, tribal knowledge and data re-keyed from one system to the next. I spent four years learning AI and software development and earned my Claude Certified Architect certification. With that and my background in the industry, I knew I could build tools for problems manufacturers have worked around for decades.

Today my team and I work with manufacturers, distributors and other businesses that run on the same kind of operational work: orders, scheduling, service calls, follow-ups. My favorite part is the start: learning how a business really runs, finding the real problems, and designing the fix with the people who do the work. Then we build something that changes a problem they've worked around for years.

The gap between what AI can do and what most plants actually use is still wide. We're building the tools, and the long-term partnerships, to close it one process at a time.

The rules we work by.

  • No client is named without their say

The work on Results is described by the kind of business it was for. The names are the clients' to give.

  • Every number says where it came from

A log, a time sheet, a run record, or, where marked, the client's own account. What hasn't been measured is said too.

  • Designs are labelled as designs

An agent we'd build but haven't is marked Blueprint, not built yet, everywhere it appears.

  • You own what we build

The system, the data and the documentation are yours. There is no license and no lock-in.

Start with the question your team asks most.

You'd be talking to Robert Dopart directly: the person accountable for the build, not a salesperson.
