What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site asks for very little and keeps less. This page says what it collects and when, who else handles it, how long it's kept, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The short version.
No tracking, no ads
No outside analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies of our own. The one outside piece on a page is Google's booking calendar on Book a call.
Your answers live in your link
The questions keep your answers in the page address, not in our storage. They reach us only when you leave your email or ask for the report.
Your email, only when you want something back
To send your results, the written report or new guides, and for Robert to follow up about them. Nothing else.
Six named services, each with one job
Hosting, storage, sending email, our inbox, the report's writing and the booking calendar. Each is listed below with what it handles.
Never sold
We don't sell, rent or trade what you give us, and we don't share it for advertising.
See it, fix it or delete it
Email robert@aidaea.com and we'll show you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
The full policy, part by part.
What we collect, and when.
Reading the site
Our host handles every request, which includes your IP address and what browser you use, to deliver the page and keep the site secure. We add no outside analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies of our own, and our fonts come from this site rather than from Google. Whenever your browser sends us something, your IP address is kept briefly in server memory to limit repeated requests, and is never written to storage.
Answering the questions
Your answers are kept in the page address, not in our storage, so you can come back to them or share the link. Anyone you give that link to can see your answers, and like any page address it passes through our host. Our one measurement is a record of how far each visit got: the industry, when it started, which questions were shown, the time between them, how often back was pressed, a rough screen size and where it ended. That record holds no answers, no IP address and no cookie, and it isn't linked to your name or email. It shows us where the questions lose people. Your browser keeps its working copy only until the tab is closed.
Giving us your email
When you leave your email at the end of the questions, we receive the address, your first name and company if you give them, your answers, and anything you typed in your own words. We email you a copy of your results, at most once a month for any one address, and Robert gets an email saying who finished, which is our record of it. Your copy's link carries your choices only, not anything you typed. Your browser keeps the address, and the name and company if you gave them, until the tab is closed, so you aren't asked twice. He may follow up about your results. We also note whether the address looks like a personal, throwaway or vendor mailbox, to help him decide how to reply.
The written report
If you ask for the written report, it needs your name and company for its cover, and Robert gets a second email with the request. We write the report's text with Anthropic's AI, from your answers, name and company. Nothing is sent until Robert approves it. Then it's printed to a PDF, saved in our storage with a note of what you told us, and emailed to you as a private link. About a day later, on the next weekday, an automatic follow-up goes out in Robert's name unless he cancels it; you don't have to answer it. Anyone with the link can open the report, so treat the link like the PDF itself.
Signing up for new guides
We keep your email address on our list and write when there's a new guide. Every one of those emails lets you unsubscribe. Robert is told when someone signs up.
Booking a call
The calendar on Book a call is Google's. When you book, Google collects your name, your email and anything you add, and passes them to Robert so he can hold the call. Google's own privacy policy covers the calendar.
Emailing us
We keep your message and use it to reply.
Who else handles it.
Lovable, on Cloudflare's network privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
Hosts the site. Handles every page request, including your IP address.
Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
Prints written reports to PDF, and stores them with the visit records and the guides list. Handles your name, email, company and answers while a report is printed; report PDFs, their text and notes; visit records; subscribers' email addresses; a scrambled form of your address that can't be turned back without our key, so a copy of your results goes out at most once a month; a count of finished quizzes with nobody's details in it.
Resend privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
Sends our email, and keeps the guides list ready to send. Handles your email address, what each email says, and a scheduled follow-up until it goes out.
Anthropic privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
Writes the text of the written report, through its API. Handles your answers, anything you typed, your name and your company, for reports only.
Google Workspace privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
Holds our email, where form and report emails arrive. Handles everything you send through a form, and any email you write to us.
Google Calendar privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
Runs the booking calendar. Handles what you enter when you book a call.
We use each service only for the job listed, and each works under its own privacy policy, linked from its name. Anthropic says (opens in a new tab) it doesn't use what is sent through its API to train its models unless the customer opts in.
What we don't do with it.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it beyond the services above only when the law requires it, to protect the site or someone's safety, or if AIdaea were ever sold, in which case this policy goes with it.
Nothing you send us appears on this site. The example businesses on it are invented, and the client work on Results describes each client without naming them.
Tracking, and Do Not Track signals.
We don't collect information about what you do over time or on other sites, so there is nothing for a browser's Do Not Track signal to switch off, and every visitor is treated the same. Nobody else collects that through this site either, with one exception: on Book a call, the calendar is Google's, and Google may use its own cookies there under its own policy.
How long we keep it.
Emails, bookings and messages about your results, report or call
Until two years after we were last in touch
Written reports, their text, and the notes behind them
Two years, so a forwarded link keeps working, or sooner if you ask
Visit records from the questions
Twelve months
The scrambled address that limits copies to one a month
A month
The guides list
Until you unsubscribe
Our host's server logs
Under the host's own policy
When the time is up, we delete it.
What you can ask us to do.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop emailing you. Email robert@aidaea.com from the address in question, so we know the request is yours. We'll answer within a month, and asking won't change how we treat you.
Every guide email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any email we send to ask us to stop. Deleting what we hold can't reach copies outside our control, such as a results link you've already shared.
How we keep it safe.
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Report links use long random keys that can't be guessed. What we store sits in private storage that only Robert and the people working with him on AIdaea can open, and the keys to it are kept out of the site's code. No system is perfectly secure; if something put your information at risk, we'd tell you promptly.
This site isn't meant for children.
AIdaea works with businesses. The site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Where your information is handled.
AIdaea LLC is a United States company, and the services above handle data in the United States and wherever else they operate. If you're outside the US, sending us information means it will be handled there.
When this page changes.
The date at the top moves with every change. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
Who we are, and how to reach us.
AIdaea LLC, operating as AIdaea Integrations, is responsible for the information described here. Questions and requests go to Robert Dopart at robert@aidaea.com.
