An agent you can't see isn't running.

Every agent we build ships with a portal. It's how you know the agent is still working months after we hand it over: not a status email, but the runs themselves.

Client access

Portal access is set up when your first agent build starts. If you're expecting it and haven't had it, email robert@aidaea.com.

Three states, and you can see all of them.

Each agent shows one of these on every run, with the run log behind it.

  • Running

The agent ran on schedule, inside its tolerances, and nothing needed a human.

  • Attention

It ran, but something fell outside the rules, so an exception is waiting for review.

  • Blocked

It could not complete. You see this at the same time we do, not in a monthly report.

What a morning looks like in it.

Each run is a line: when it ran, which agent, what it did, and its state. Open a line and you see what it read, decided and wrote back.

  • 08:02 Order intakeAttention

Read 14 orders from the shared inbox and entered 13. Held one for a person: the part number isn't on file.

  • 08:15 Quote follow-upRunning

Sent 6 follow-ups on quotes older than three days, and logged 2 replies against their quotes.

  • 09:40 Invoice follow-upBlocked

Couldn't reach the ERP after three tries, so nothing was sent. Flagged to you and to us.

An illustration with made-up data, not a client's log.

What else is behind the login.

  • Run logs

Every execution, what it read, what it decided and what it wrote back. Auditable line by line.

  • Extracted data

The structured output the agents produce. You can export it, and it is yours.

  • Reports

What the process looked like before, what it looks like now, and what changed, measured against the success gate you agreed.

  • Your process map

The map we built together, kept current as the agents change what the steps are.
